4. Products

6. Delivery of Goods

6.2. Delivery time: Estimated delivery time will be communicated after your order has been confirmed and payment received. Delivery is complete once the product reaches your address.
6.3. Responsibility: Once delivered, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.

6.5. Delivery terms: Deliveries are made up to the street level of the project site. Unloading is the customer’s responsibility. If unloading services are requested, the cost will be calculated separately and communicated to the customer. Please review unloading requirements before placing your order.

7. Cancellation and Returns Policy

7.1. Cancellation before dispatch: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after confirmation.
7.2. Returns: Returns are only possible upon Aximer’s approval and exclusively in case of a technical defect. The customer must request a return within a maximum of one day after receiving the goods. Products must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition with intact packaging. After this period, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
7.3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (e.g., card payments refunded to the same card).
7.4. Cancellation by Aximer: We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if incomplete/incorrect information is provided by the customer.

8. Product Issues

8.1. Reporting issues: Customers must notify us of any defect or discrepancy within a maximum of one day after receiving the goods.
8.2. Limited liability: Aximer is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profit). Liability is limited to the total value of the order.

9. Pricing and Payment

9.1. Product prices: Prices listed on the website will include VAT on the final invoice.
9.2. Payment methods: Payments must be made through the available online payment gateways.

10. General Terms
